Surplus proceeds in the amount of $28,270.11 resulted from the foreclosure sale and that surplus was deposited with the Court. 3. The deed of trust of Petitioner constituted a junior lien on the subject property. Accordingly, Petitioner is entitled to the surplus proceeds on deposit with the Court. 4. The Petition requests the Court pay the surplus proceeds of $28,270.11 to the Petitioner. 5. A hearing on the Petition has been scheduled before the Clerk of Superior Court of New Hanover County at 2:00 p.m. on November 5, 2012 at the New Hanover County Courthouse, Room 222. You have the right to appear at that hearing and raise any objections to the Petition you may have.
