The terms of the sale are that the real property hereinbefore described will be sold for cash to the highest bidder.  The Substitute Trustee reserves the right to require a cash deposit or a certified check not to exceed the greater of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid or seven hundred fifty Dollars ($750.00).  In the event that the holder is exempt from paying the same, the successful bidder may also be required to pay revenue stamps on the Trustee’s Deed, any Land Transfer Tax, and the tax required by N.C.G.S. §7A-308 (a) (1).

Stat. § 41-10, further quiet title to the Subject Real Property by entering judgment to be recorded in the public land records of New Hanover County confirming that the validity and priority of the Deed of Trust recorded on November 26, 2001 in Book 3116, at Page 591 of  the New Hanover County Registry, as herein reformed,  as the first priority lien upon the entire fee simple interest in the Subject Real Property and the Deed of Trust recorded on November 26, 2001 in Book 3116, at Page 601 of the New Hanover County Registry as a second lien; and

You are required to make defense to such pleading no later than June 23, 2014, said date being 40 days from the first publication of this notice, or from the date complaint is filed, whichever is later, and upon your failure to do so the party seeking service against you will apply to the court for the relief sought.
