“The greatest wealth is health” Virgil

By MO LINQUIST
Contributing Writer

“I just want to help people get healthy,” said Certified Health Coach Naomi Paine at the November meeting of The Island Women in Business, an offshoot of the Island Women Organization.
This group of local entrepreneurial women meets monthly, engaging with speakers who share various business and personal improvement topics.
Paine did not haphazardly choose her profession, but instead she earned the right to help others as her personal journey prepared her every step of the way.  Her story began as a normal young girl growing up in a very active family.
At the young age of 15 it was discovered that she had a genetic heart condition, which was the beginning of health challenges imposing on her life.  Her weight gyrated around her health issues.
A  series of major surgeries produced 29 years of yo-yo weight gain and losses and that does not even address the amount of prescription pills she was taking daily.
Then the day came that she decided to take back her health.  She took off 50 pounds in 6 months and 10 inches off her waist and has kept it off since 2004.
Her basic premise is that it is a fundamental choice to become healthier.  She explains the importance of goals and choices and the triggers that can sabotage the best of intentions.
According to studies, 30% of your health status is genetics and 70% is choices.  She works with clients of many different levels but they all have one thing in common.  They MUST be committed to creating health in their life and for most people that starts with weight loss.
This is not the final destination for most but rather, the first step.  She helps to reinforce new habits by identifying triggers, eating every three hours, never skipping breakfast and many other tricks of the trade to get to a better place and maintain it.
Embracing habits of health will help shed pounds, remove brain fog, reduce inflammation, allow increased activity, and simply play with your grandchildren easier if that is your goal.
You could wait till January 1st, make a resolution to become healthier, and fail by the middle of January OR you can contact Naomi Paine NOW and discover how quick and easy she is to work with via phone, Skype, text or email.  Commitment and accountability are the keys to success.
It is not realistic to think everything will be better real quick, and it not realistic to think that doing what you’ve always done is going to get you anywhere different than where you are now.  If you value privacy, simplicity, easiness and convenience, contact her about her bulletproof program. New Year’ specials run through March 31st .  Sign up and you will receive $20 off your first food order and a free book.
