I am Salon and Day Spa wins a Best Booth Award for their aquatic-themed display at the 2012 “Trick or Treat Under the Sea” at the N.C. Aquarium at Fort Fisher. Space is available for vendors for the 2013 Halloween event.
Kure Beach, NC – Don’t miss the opportunity to reach thousands of local families at the 12th annual “Trick or Treat Under the Sea,” hosted by the N.C. Aquarium at Fort Fisher. The 2013 event will again be two nights, 5 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 24 and Friday, Oct. 25. Businesses are invited to promote business by sponsoring a booth and interacting with families in the community at this fun and popular event. “Trick or Treat Under the Sea” features indoor trick-or-treating, games and programs for children and families. Past events have brought more than 4,000 people to the Aquarium. Even more are expected this year, with the introduction of Friday to the “Trick or Treat Under the Sea” schedule. Sponsors decorate booths and provide enough treats for the hundreds of children expected each night. Vendors using eco-friendly materials garner higher scores for the Best Booth Contest. Winners receive prizes and public recognition, including exposure to thousands of Aquarium friends online. Booth sponsorships are available first-come, first-served. Booth reservation is available for $65 until Sept. 1; $75 after. Businesses participating both evenings benefit from a $10 discount. Vendors may attend one or both nights.
