The Fort Fisher #2325 Chapter of the United Daughters of The Confederacy held their Annual birthday dinner with installation of officers by Mrs. John Gasson, N C Division Registrar. 2010-2014 Officers are: President: Mrs Patricia Gray W. Bolander, Vice President: Ms. D. Gayle Tabor, Second Vice: Mrs. Pamela K. Whiteside, Secretary: Mrs. Jimmy Wooten, Treasurer: Mrs. James Austin, Registrar- Mrs. Thomas Lavin, Historian: Mis Savannah C. Batson, and Recorder of Military Service Awards: Mrs. Mary Cobb Woodward. Mrs. Mary Cobb Woodard was accepted into the Chapter receiving her Membership certificate, and Mrs. Larry Bame was presented with five Supplemental Memberships of her Confederate relatives. Plans were made for the Chapter's forth-coming 50th Anniversary in October. Mrs. Bolander will represent the Chapter at the North Carolina Division in Asheville this October.
