Pleasure Island Sea Turtle Annual Volunteer Meeting April 11th at Federal Point History Center

The Pleasure Island Sea Turtle Project is a group of volunteers dedicated to ensuring the preservation and protection of threatened and endangered sea turtles. Working within federal and state guidelines during the hatching season, volunteers work to protect hatchlings as they make their way to the ocean. The Project will hold their Annual Volunteer Orientation Meeting on Wednesday, April 11th at 6:oopm. The event will be held at the Federal Point History Center located at 1121 North Lake Park Boulevard in Carolina Beach.
