Brooklyn Arts Center’s “Port City Ping Pong Throwdown” May 3rd

The Brooklyn Arts Center is excited to announce the “Port City Ping Pong Throwdown” at the Brooklyn Arts Center (516 North 4th Street—the corner of Campbell and North 4th streets) on Friday, May 3, starting at 4 p.m., with open play after the tournament.
The great Wilmington Table Tennis Club presents the biggest, coolest, and first-ever Ping Pong event at the beautiful Brooklyn Arts Center. All players are welcome: playing for fun, playing for keeps. Eight tables, cool tunes, cash prizes for top finishers, and lots of room for cheering fans.
One of Wilmington’s fabulous food trucks will feed the crowd, the BAC cash bar will provide liquid refreshments, there’s an ATM onsite, and plenty of free, street parking in the BAC neighborhood.
Player registration fee is $10.  Non-player admission is $5 and includes a beer and a raffle ticket. The raffle is sponsored by Omega Sports, so expect some excellent Ping Pong gear, concert tickets for shows at BAC, t-shirts, tote bags, koozies, and more. Player registration is at brooklynartsnc.com. For more information, please visit www.brooklynartsnc.com or email Heather Thomson at This email address is being protected from spambots.
