This has been an amazing Summer for the real estate community here at the beach, and in Wilmington.
First, I want to thank all of our clients, customers…friends and family for all of your support.
We have had a ton of repeat clients knocking on our door. We have had buyers that have purchased their first houses, buyers that have purchased investment properties, and buyers who have bought retirement homes! We have even had clients who decided to downsize too.
We also have worked with great sellers who are “trading up”, or just moving to other areas (we will miss you). We work with great builders too who are constructing some amazing properties!
Year to date, we are closing in on nearly 200 transactions as a company!!!
This would not be possible without the incredible loyalty of our clients, and your referrals. It also would not be possible without an amazing group of REALTORS here at Coastwalk Real Estate – a group of friends that work hard, play hard and enjoy every day.
Labor Day is here! While I’m sure we will all be doing some work over the weekend, it’s also time to take a deep breath and reflect on what a fun summer it has been!
We also get to be excited for the Fall – my favorite time of year at the beach. The water is warm, the temperatures relax and the crowds subside.
There are lots of events and festivals in the Fall which makes deciding what to do hard!
For these reasons, Fall can be one of the best times to sell a home or condo. With the recent flurry in activity, our inventory of available homes has decreased.
We are committed to selling our current clients’ homes, and working with new clients to make this happen too.
