Deeply Rooted Gardens offering Alternative Black Friday Shopping

Deeply Rooted Gardens has already got in there Christmas Trees.

WILMINGTON – Dick Stinson has operated a garden center in town for many years. He recently bought another location to help service the southern part of the county. With his daughter, Valerie, Deeply Rooted Gardens was opened in September 2012.
Deeply Rooted Gardens is open year round and offer many types of plants such as perennials, annuals, eatables, shrubs and plants for each season. They continue to improve the center to what the community needs or wants.
For Black Friday, Nov. 29, from noon to 7 p.m., Deeply Rooted will be featuring local artists. They will offer all handmade items from jewelry to soaps. Pick out a special house plant or wreaths made from locally harvested material. Place an order for your custom made wreath. Browse their fresh cut North Carolina Christmas trees, listen to local music enjoy the refreshments. If interested in becoming a vendor contact 910-471-3699.
Deeply Rooted Gardens is at 6209 Carolina Beach Road, Wilmington, and is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.
