WILMINGTON – Step back in time when you visit the Olde General Store in the historic Cotton Exchange in downtown Wilmington. It gives you that sense of what a general store may have looked like back in the day but is filled with items of today.
The store is filled with a little bit of everything. Among the items that are available is bulk candy. Your entire favorite candies that you mix and purchase by the pound for your own sweet tooth or to share. Of course, there is more, there souvenirs, locally made chocolates and sundries. There are a variety of Cape Fear and Wilmington postcards, magnets, cups, novelties and so much more. There is a large selection of Christmas ornaments and decorations, everything from traditional to beach-themed items. There is something available for everyone.
