16 People Apply For Appointment To Vacant Carolina Beach Mayor and Council Seats

CAROLINA BEACH - The following is a list of people who submitted letters of interest for appointment to the Carolina Beach Town Council. Earlier this month Mayor Ray Rothrock and Councilman Lonnie Lashley resigned following the resignation of Town Manager Tim Owens. Now Council members Steve Shuttleworth, Bob Lewis and Sarah Friede will decide which of the following 16 applicants will fill those two vacant seats.
