CAROLINA BEACH - Crews working on the Snow's cut Bridge rehabilitation project began closing the southbound right lane of U.S. 421 m 9 p.m. until 5 a.m., Thursday, July 11th.
The same closure will be in effect nightly for bridge maintenance work through Friday, July 19th.
The lane closure is necessary for N.C. Department of Transportation crews to perform maintenance underneath the bridge.
