Weekly Real Estate Market Report for July 4th, 2012

To all the “locals,” and those visiting…I hope you have a super and happy 4th of July.
We are ½ way through the year and I’m pleased to report sales at Coastwalk Real Estate are up 89% compared to the same time last year.
An analysis of office productivity shows that Coastwalk’s main office (at 103 S Lake Park Blvd) has SOLD 86 properties in Carolina & Kure Beach this year, totaling nearly $20,000,000.00 in sales volume. This compares to 35 SOLD properties for the next closest office (source MLS: 6-27-2012).
