Screaming Eagles come up 1 Touchdown short of Wallace-Rose Hill in the 26th Annual BB&T Football Jamboree

The Screaming Eagles Varsity Football team participated in the 26th Annual BB&T Football Jamboree.

The Screaming Eagles found themselves quickly behind 12-0 in the 2 quarter of the Jamboree, but were able to fight back. The Eagles picked up 2 touch downs one by Trey Eller after catching a pass from quarterback Chris Kane. While the other came on a 9-Yard run from Charles Dent. The Eagles were able to complete one of their point after attempts giving them 13. However Wallace-Rose Hille was also able to score in the 2nd quarter which gave them a 20-7. The Eagles’ Touchdown by Dent brought the score up to 20-13 before time expired.
The Screaming Eagles will be in Hoke County for their 1st Regular Season game of the year. Please make the trip to cheer on the Eagles. Their 1st home game will be held Friday, August 24th against South Brunswick.
