We had some injuries and a key player out of town last week that really hurt us in the tournament. There are no excuses for our loss in the Championship game. We have a very deep bench that can compete at any time. We just had a poor effort on Saturday that hopefully our guys can learn from moving forward. Our regular season conference schedule doesn't start for a couple more weeks and that's when in it really matters. I assure you that our guys will be motivated, focused, and ready to play. This will be an exciting season that illustrates the bright future and direction the Ashley basketball program is heading.”
