Eagles Varsity Softball team won their last 4 Straight Games outscoring their opponents 46-4

Ladies at a perfect 6-0 in Conference Play with 4 games left

Varsity Softball Teams 13-3 win over Hoggard last Tuesday Night at Ashley.

• 4/16 – Ashley 13 Hoggard 3 – The Ladies wasted no time in this game taking a 7-0 lead after just the 1st inning. The Eagles were able to extend their lead to 10 runs aft picking up 3 more in the bottom of the 3rd inning. The Eagles were able to hold on to their 10 run lead after both teams picked up a run in the 4th inning and after a 2 run 5th inning for both teams the game was called early. 
The Eagles offense had 16 hits in this game and defense allowed just 1 error.
The Eagles improved to 5-0 in conference play and 11-5 Overall on the Season. Since the Eagles loss to Southwest Guilford the Ladies have outscored their opponents 36-3 in the past 3 Conference Games.
• 4/19 – Ashley 10 Greenville Rose 1 – The Lady Eagles defense didn’t give Greenville Rose many chances in this game as they gave up just 1 run on 4 hits. Meanwhile the offense picked up a run in every innings, starting off with 3 in the 1st and 2 in the 2nd inning. After that the Ladies posted a run a inning giving them the 10-1 win on the road and improving their record to 12-5 Overall and 6-0 on the season. Most of the Eagles offense came from starting catcher Bailey Williams went 3-for-3 with 2 RBI’s, Schae Dickson went 3 for 5 with a RBI. They are in 1st Place in the Mid-Eastern Conference.
