Pleasure Island Youth Soccer: PISA Spring 2013 Season down to 3 Weeks

 In the Girl’s U7 Division the Island Gazette picked up their 6th win of the season 3-1 over Signal.

• WEEK 5 April 13th , April 16th, & April 18th Games
• U7 Boys – TumbleGym 2 improved to 3-0-1 on their season after their 3-1 win over Rent a John. Superior Auto was able to win their 1st game of the season 3-2 over Cranfill, Summer & Hatzog. In the final game CBOD improved to 3-0-1 on their season after their close 3-2 win over Island Tackle & Hardware.
• U7 Girls – April 13th – Harris Teeter and Ribbet ended in a 2-2 tie. In Signal’s game against Victory Awards & Trophies Signal was able to get they only goal in their 1-0 win. In the final game on the day the Island Gazette was able to improve to 5-0 on their season after picking up their 4th shutout of the year 2-0 over Drangonflies. April 16th – Harris Teeter Improved their record to 4-1-1 after their 2-0 shutout win over Victory Awards & Trophies. In the other game the Island Gazette got their 6th win after a tough 3-1 victory over Signal. April 18th – dragonflies played a close game with Ribbet, but came out ahead with the 2-1 win.
• U8 Boys – April 13th – Progressive Land Dev. Was able to pick up5th win of the season and remain in 1st Place after their 6-2 win over Rucker John’s. In the other game Kidsville News was able to pull closer to 1st Place after their 2-0 win over 4 Seasons Site & Demo. April 16th - Bell Hart Marine won their 2nd game of the season after their 4-2 win over 4 Seasons Site & Demo. In the other game Kidsville News improved their record to 4-1 on their season after their close 2-1 win over Progressive Land Dev.
• U8 Girls – Masonoboro Family Medicine improved to 4-0 on their season after their close 2-1 win over Froggy Pond. In the 2nd game a Kate’s Pancake House improved to 3-0-1 on their season after their 4-0 shutout win over State Farm – David Ward. In the final game on the day Beach Charms also improved to 3-0-1 on their season after their 2-0 shutout win over Chick-Fil-A.
• U9 Boys – Wilmington Trolley and El Cazador both picked up 2 goals in their game. In the other game E2A was able to improve to 3-1-1 on the season after their win over Pleasure Island Rentals and pull them into 1st Place.
• U9 Girls – April 13th – Atlantic Towers improved to 3-2 on their regular season after their 4-1 win over Pleasure Island Insurance. Alpha Mortgage countiued to stay perfect on their season after their 6-0 shutout win over Bruster’s Ice Cream. In the final game Uncle Vinny;’s was able to remain in 2nd Place after their 6-1 win over Seahawks Soccer Camps. April 16th – Atlantic Towers was able to improve to 4-2 on the season after defeating Seahawks Soccer Camps 7-2. Uncle Vinny’s remained close to Alpha Mortgage in points after their 9-1 win over Bruster’s Ice Cream. Alpha Mortgage improved to 6-0 after they defeated Pleasure Island Insurance 7-1.
• U10 Boys – Island Montessori School was able to pick up their 1st win of the season after a close 4-3 win over Coastwalk Real Estate. In the 2nd game Wilmington Lawn & Leisure was able to move into 1st Place after their 5-0 win over John Byrnes / REALTOR®.
• U11 Girls – Division 1 – April 13th – Zip-Zap was able to stay perfect on their season after their 7-2 win over Fuzzy Peach. Wetherill Family Dentistry was able to remain in 2nd Place after their 4-0 win over After Shock. In the final game Constructive Building Solutions won their 3rd game of the season 3-1 over Wild Wings Girls. April 18th Wild Wings Girls won their 2nd game of the season after a close 3-2 game against Fuzzy Peach.
• U11 Girls – Division 2 – Papa John’s was able to improve their record to 5-0 after their 5-0 win over PI Republic. In the other game Subsurface Support improved their record to 3-2 after their 5-2 win over NRL Builders.
• U12 Boys – April 13th Quench Gum improved to 3-0-1 on their season after they defeated Krazy Knoes 4-3. In the other game Michael’s Seafood was able to pick up their 3rd win of the season 2-0 over TCS Basys Controls. In the other game Omega Sports was able to pick up the win 8-3 over IronGate Partners. April 16th – Omega Sports was able to stay in 1st Place after their 5-0 win over Michael’s Seafood. April 18th – Krazy Kones won their 2nd game of the season 1-0 over IronGates Partners.
• U14 Girls – The Dive Food & Spirits picked up their 1st win of the season after their close 3-2 win over Patient Centered Care. FEISOL TRIPODS and Brush Dental ended in a 1-1 tie in their game. In the final game on the day State Farm Thomas Murphy was able to pick up their 2nd win of the season after shutting out Freedom Lawn 2-0.
• U14/U15 Boys – April 13th – Shuckin Shack was able to improve to 4-0 on their season after their 6-1 win over Masonboro Urgent Care. In the other game Trophy Rides won their 1st game of the season 5-3 over St. James Plantation. April 16th – Masonboro Urgent Care was able to remain tied for 1st Place after their 6-1 win over Buffalo Wild Wings. In the 2nd game Shuckin Shack tied Trophy Rides bringing them into a tie for 1st Place with Masonboro Urgent Care with 30-points.
WEEK 6
• U7 Boys – Cranfill, Summer & Hotzog was able to close to within a point of 2nd Place after their close 3-2 win over the CBOD. In the other game Island Tackle & Hardware improved to 1-4-1 on their season after their close 2-1 win over the Wilmington Athletic Club. In the final game Rent A John was able to pull to within 2-point of 2nd Place after their close 1-0 win over Superior Auto.
• U7 Girls – Signal improved to 3-3-1 on their season after their 2-0 shutout win over Ribbet Salon. In the other game Harris Teeter and dragonflies finished in a 1-1 tie. In the final game the Island Gazette improved to 7-0 with 37 Total Points on the season after their 3-0 win over Victory Awards & Trophies.
• U8 Boys – BellHart Marine and 4 Seasons Site & Demo finished out their game in a 2-2 tie. In the other game 4 Seasons Site and Demo improved to 2-3-1 on their season after their 7-0 win over Rucker Johns.
• U8 Girls – State Farm David Ward picked up their 1st win of the season 6-1 over Victory Beach Vacations. In the other game Beach Charms handed Masonboro Medicine their 1st loss of the season 2-0. In the final game Chick-Fil-a’s win over Kate’s Pancake House 5-1 put 4 teams within 1 Total Point of each other for 1st Place.
• U9 Boys – e2A was able to stay 2-points in 1st Place after their 6-0 win over El Cazador. Wilmington Trolley was able to remain in 2nd Place after their 5-0 win over Pleasure Island Rentals.
• U9 Girls – Bruster’s Ice Cream improved to 2-4-1 on their season after they picked up the 3-1 win over Seahawks Soccer Camps. Alpha Mortgage was able to pick up their 7th win of the season 5-2 over Atlantic Towers. Unlce Vinny’s was able to stay within 7-points of 1st Place after their 7-0 win over Pleasure Island Insurance.
• U10 Boys – John Byrnes / REALTORS ® was able to remain within 7-points of 1st Place after their 11-7 win over Island Montessori School. In the other game Wilmington Lawn & Leisure was able to hold on to 1st Place after their 7-4 win over Coastwalk Real Estate.
• U11 Girls – Division 1 – Zip-Zap won a close game over Wetherill Family Dentistry 3-2 to stay unbeaten in their regular season. Constructive Building Solutions improved their record to 4-2 after their 7-3 win over Fuzzy Peach. Wild Wings Girls improved to 3-2-1 on their season after their 1-0 shutout win over After Shock. In a make up game Constructive Building Solutions was able to sneak into 2nd Place after their 5-0 shutout win over After Shock.
• U11 Girls – Division 2 – Subsurface Support gave 1st Place Papa John’s a run for their money in this game which ended in a 3-3 tie. In the other game NRL Builders won their 2nd game of the season 1-0 over PI Republic.
• U12 Boys – IronGates Partners improved to 2-4-1 on their season after their 6-4 win over TCS Basys Controls. In the other game Quench Gum was able to win a close game over Michael’s Seafood 3-2 improving their record to 5-0-1 on their season. In the final game Omega Sports was able to remain5-points in 1st place after their 6-1 win over Krazy Kones.
• U14 Girls – FEISOL TRIPODS improved to 3-1-1 on their season after their 4-0 win over The Dive Food & Spirits. In a much closer game Eastern Carolina Vet Refferral was able to move into 1st Place by a point after their 2-1 win over Freedom Lawn. State Farm Thomas Murphy was able to improve their record to 3-2 on the season after their 3-1 win over Patient Centered Care.
• U14/U15 Boys – Masonboro Urgent Care was able to remain tied for 1st Place after their 3-0 win over St. James Plantation. In the other game Shuckin Shack was able to keep pace for 1st Place with their 6-1 win over Buffalo Wild Wings.
